We had a great stay during our time in New Orleans. It was a quick 6-7 minute walk to the Canal St. Streetcar and it got us downtown and back home in no time! There were some great restaurants close by as well. The house was cozy and very beautiful. The beds were comfy and the pool was the perfect treat during the warm and cool days as it was heated. We would totally stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in New Orleans! The heated pool was a really nice bonus, especially after long days out exploring. The neighborhood felt very safe and parking was easy to find, which made everything stress-free. The host was incredibly responsive and answered every question quickly and they were very accommodating throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Loved our stay here! Just outside all the action but close enough to access easily. Very private, lovely backyard made time in the heated pool the perfect way to wind down and relax. Looking forward to saying again!

Alek’s place was fabulous!
The heated pool was spectacular and perfect for a February visit.
Yes, the roosters are in the neighborhood and do like to start signing early but they are beautiful and a pair of ear plugs solves the issue.
I will 100% stay here again.
FYI-Beds are very soft and that could be a problem for some people.

We had a great time as a family of 4 visiting NOLA at Aleks space! It was conveniently located, clean, comfortable beds, and Aleks was super communicative if we had any questions or concerns, he even provided us some great recommendations. There was a little bit of neighborhood noise and if you're not used to it, it may wake you up. Definitely would recommend for a group or family!! Beautiful space and great hosts!

Amazing. Seriously the heated pool was so awesome. I literally fell asleep floating while it was 40 degrees outside 😂 only to wake up to my friends telling me to go back inside.

We had a wonderful family Christmas . There was plenty of space for 8 adults and the kitchen was amazing. We enjoyed being able to walk to area shops and restaurants . Milosh is a wonderful host and very responsive.

We enjoyed our time in New Orleans visiting family. This was an ideal location that allowed us to be central to major meeting spots. Street parking was easy. We were even able to use the pool on an unusually warm December day. We had a great time and really enjoyed in.

We had a fantastic stay. The ace was spacious and clean. Easy walk to Magazine Street restaurants and pubs. Just a short drive to Historic Down town. Would definitely recommend!

location was great! a short drive to Bourbon street, in a safer area.
There is also one parking spot in the property. one of the beds (ground floor) was not as comfortable as the other three on the second floor.
