This is a spacious 1650sf two story, century old house (duplex) with a balcony and a front porch. Each room features spacious 10-12ft ceilings, a fireplace and original hardwood floors. Downstairs bedroom is a traditional shotgun style walkthrough. Two separate bedrooms upstairs. Each room can accommodate 2 people in a King-sized beds. A large living room and traditionally decorated foyer are just a few rooms where guests can socialize while enjoying the ambience. A large upstairs porch features a lovely view onto the avenue, which is one of the oldest streets in the city. This historic neighborhood is minutes away from city's most fascinating City Park, elite high-schools and district's unforgettable architecture. You will be 3 blocks away from the Street Car hub on Canal Street, while public transit is available just outside of the house to any part of the city. Maximum guest capacity is 6, larger groups are not allowed without prior approval. Pool area is shared with adjacent Airbnb

CANCELLATIONS: please read cancellation rules for this listing. Maximum gathering capacity is 6, 8 with prior approval. For your protection, the entire exterior of the property is under video and audio surveillance. POOL is cleaned and maintained once a week. If during your stay, some leaves fall in, there is a net and other tools located in the back shed. Pool temperatures even with the external heater will fluctuate depending on the ambient temperature but will remain 84F in colder weather and 90F in warmer days.

Guest Access
You will have a full access to the entire two floors and 1650sf of this house, spacious bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathrooms, upstairs balcony and front porch. Laundry room is also available to the guests. Free parking is available just outside of the house. There are two Airbnb's in this house that have access to the same pool and backyard. Please keep the noise level to a minimum as the walls separating the two units makes it easy to hear the next door airbnbers. Linens and towels(pool and bath) are provided. One set per guest. If you require more please don’t hesitate to ask. Baby playpen (no linens) is available with the mattress. Please make arrangement prior to coming to make sure one is prepared for you. Maximum capacity is 6, 8 with approval.
